Vehicle Entrance – An electric remote controlled sliding ornate iron gate leads to graveled parking area for up to 10 or more cars. There is a large wooden cabin with tiled roof, 2 glazed opening windows and double doors that provides excellent storage or workshop facility. Beyond the parking area is a wide planting bed with a variety of mature plants.
Pedestrian Entrance – A camera operated entry system via decorative iron gate leads to the front path and entrance foyer flanked on either side by a matching pair of lawn areas. The borders are planted with yuccas, bamboo, palms and birds of paradise. To one side of the house is the parking area, on the other side is a garden with a children’s wooden play cabin and sand pit area. At the rear the property has a huge terrace laid with a natural Bradstone patio slabs with parasol point set into the patio. There is a pump house that holds the swimming pool equipment, the house’s water supply controls and the garden irrigation system. There is storage here for sun lounger cushions and parasols.
The swimming pool is 6m x 12m and is heated by solar panels. The pool benefits from a raised wooden decking area that extends out over the pool with sunloungers and parasols. There is an approved child safety fence around the pool and a heat retaining roller cover. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn with several varieties of plants around it.
BBQ/Outside Lounge Area – The main feature of the garden is the BBQ and outdoor living area made from solid wood structure with cedar shingle roof.
There is a lounge area, a large stone bar and work surface that has a gas BBQ set into it. Under the bar area is a fridge, music system and storage area. There is also a sink set into the work surface.
There is decorative lighting and sound system fitted to this area as well as a small TV.
The dining area is protected from the elements by solid wood paneling.
